26.1 Snapshot 8 (known as 26.1-snapshot-8 in the launcher) is the eighth snapshot for Java Edition 26.1, released on February 17, 2026, which adds new textures and models for the remaining baby mobs: the hoglin, panda, sniffer, strider, and zoglin.
